Fall into pastel heaven in embroidered tulle. Textured, pastel embroidery sits gathered below a thick waistband. Soft pleated tulle falls to the ankle with more pastel embroidery growing from the hem. Lining sits underneath and finishes above the knee to show off the beautiful detailing of the three-dimensional embroidered florals.
