It's popularity in modern fashion is credited to Coco Chanel, who in 1926 launched a simple, straight black dress in American Vogue. Chanel labelled it "a sort of uniform for all women of taste" and her comments have stood the test of time.
Perhaps the most iconic little black dress (or LBD as we affectionately call it) is the one worn by Audrey Hepburn in the movie "Breakfast at Tiffany's" in the 60s, designed by Givenchy.

This is a stunning mini. One of my fav’s and so flattering + super sexy with gorgeous ruched panels. Dress is made of a soft jersey material with ruched mesh chiffon overlay and fine elastic straps. We have 3 of these Black (6,12) and Khaki /10. Because of the awesome stretch in this dress the XS will fit a (4-6), M ( 8-10) & L (10-12).
